Who I help

There are many ways life can ask you to begin again.

Coaching is shaped around your story, your pace, and the life that feels honest and meaningful to you now.

Midlife transitions

Changes in identity, confidence, relationships, and the question: “What comes next for me?”

Health and wellbeing changes

Navigating menopause, changing energy, new priorities, and learning to care for yourself in a new season of life.

Family and caregiving

Changing family roles, caring for others, parenting adult children, and finding space for your own needs.

Retirement and renewed purpose

Adjusting to retirement, an empty nest, or a quieter life—and rediscovering meaning, direction, and joy.

Starting a new life

Immigration, cultural adjustment, relocation, or rebuilding confidence and belonging in a new environment.

You may not need all the answers today. Sometimes the first step is simply having a thoughtful conversation about where you are—and where you would like to go next.

Meet Dr. Nishi

A physician's listening. A coach's forward focus.

After a long career as a family physician with a women's health focus, I now help women navigate life's transitions with the same care, curiosity, and respect that shaped my work in medicine.

Over the years, I learned that people often do not need someone to tell them what to do. They need a thoughtful space to slow down, hear themselves clearly, and decide what feels right for the life they are living now.

My coaching is compassionate, practical, and forward-focused. Together, we make room for both sides of change: what may have been lost, and what may still be possible.

I help women move from feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or stuck toward greater clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Sometimes the next chapter begins by giving yourself permission to pause.

My approach

Care that meets you where you are—and moves forward with you.

01

Compassionate listening

A calm, respectful space where you can speak honestly, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what is changing.

02

Thoughtful exploration

Gentle questions that help you look beneath the noise and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

03

Practical strategies

Clear, manageable next steps shaped around your priorities, your pace, and your real life.

04

Sustainable growth

Steady progress that feels realistic, meaningful, and possible to maintain.

The coaching path

From feeling overwhelmed to moving with intention.

There is no rigid formula. Coaching is a thoughtful, supportive process shaped around your life, your pace, and what matters most to you now.

01

Begin with your story

We make space for where you are now, what has changed, and what you most want to understand or feel differently about.

02

Find your clear direction

Together, we explore your values, strengths, priorities, and the possibilities that feel most meaningful and realistic for you.

03

Move forward with intention

You leave with practical next steps, greater confidence, and support as you begin putting your next chapter into motion.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

A few helpful answers

Questions before your first conversation?

A first call is simply a chance to talk, ask questions, and see whether the fit feels right. There is no pressure to continue.

What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking process. It gives you space to clarify what matters, understand what may be keeping you stuck, and take practical steps toward the life you want to build.

Is coaching right for me?

Coaching may be a good fit when you feel uncertain, overwhelmed by change, or ready for a new direction. It can offer thoughtful support, accountability, and practical next steps.

Do you provide medical care?

No. Although I am a retired family physician with a women’s health focus, I provide services only in my role as a certified life coach. Coaching does not include medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or psychotherapy. Please continue working with your physician or mental-health professional for medical or psychological care.

What happens in the first conversation?

We will talk briefly about what brings you to coaching, what you hope to change, and whether my approach feels right for you. It is also your opportunity to ask questions before deciding whether to continue.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. Coaching conversations are treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to the limits described in the coaching agreement and applicable law.

How are sessions offered?

Sessions are held one-to-one by Zoom.

Your best chapter is ahead

Let's start with a conversation.

Tell me a little about what is changing, what feels difficult right now, and what you hope your next chapter could hold.

A first conversation is simply a chance to talk, ask questions, and see whether coaching feels like the right fit. There is no pressure to continue.

Coaching supports reflection, personal growth, and practical action. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or crisis support.
